What do you mean by a progressive workout?
Your Day One workout is 8 minutes. Days 2-13 are 16 minutes/day. Days 15-24 are 24 minutes, and Days 25-30 are 32 minutes. You will rest on Days 7, 14, 21, and 28.
What level of fitness program is Rock the Walk?
It is a low-impact, walk-in-place program ideal for older adults looking to take a step toward wellness/fitness. There are no high-energy routines.
