Note: The 28-Day Size Down Challenge is a great program whether or not you choose to follow the nutritional part of the program. But keep in mind that eating healthfully throughout the program will give you your best chance to lose a full size.
You’ll need the following equipment to participate in these exercises.
1. Yoga mat
2. A Sturdy Chair
3. 2 Hand Weights (Dumbbells), 3-5 pounds each
4. Towel
5. Water Bottle
6. Groceries (if you follow the meal planning options)

During the 28-Day Size Down Challenge, you get a handful of well-deserved rest days to separate the weeks your exercising. If you're following Jaime's healthy eating recommendations, we recommend you use your rest days to purchase your groceries for the upcoming week.
