I am 76 and find this video excellent. The fitness coach is pleasant and not annoying. A nice variety of exercises with alternatives given if some movement is too aggressive.

I purchased this back in July but just started using it in January. Wish I had started sooner. Great video for getting back to doing more movement. Jaime is very motivating and gives good directions. I am a Queenager so I appreciate not having to get on the floor!

The sections make sense, are organized, and most importantly, different every day to keep you interested. They are not hard and the instructor is positive and gives a lot of encouragement and methods to complete the exercises that will fit your current abilities, most of all, it is only 8 min. per section.

What an excellent DVD for those of us who are just beginning to exercise again. I am 62 y/o, and just starting an exercise at home program and this DVD is perfect for that purpose. 28-Day Size Down Challenge

This is a very clever workout. While it appears to be marketed to seniors, anyone would enjoy it. You can use any size of handheld weights, depending on your ability. Everything is included, warm up, warm down, and stretching.

I love this video!! Jaime is great and you are encouraged to stay at your level to reduce injuries. Same with the weight levels. I also liked that they have a 30 day plan. I have been on vacation for a week and plan on starting the 30 day plan over again.
